Pastor Steve Caronna

Steve Caronna is the pastor of Living Word Family Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. The primary scripture guiding his ministry is Acts 2:41-47. Because he feels too often people are told what to do to serve God but not how to do it, Steve has made it a ministry priority to teach the church body how to accomplish the will of God in their lives. While studying classical music at the University of Tennessee, Steve had a series of experiences with the Lord that resulted in confirmation to a call into the ministry. Steve has been in the ministry for over 25 years. He has been the pastor of Living Word Family Church since 1995. Pastor Steve is involved with the Fellowship Connection with Ed Young, Wave Christian Life Network with Steve Kelley, and Vision Ministers Fellowship with Casey Treat.

Connie shares Steve’s passion for growing God’s church and has served alongside him through the years complimenting his powerful drive and focus with her calm, steady approach to life. They have a wonderful marriage, but both agree that their love for each other has always been and always will be secondary to their love for the Lord. He is their reason for living, and His ministry is their life.

God has rewarded them with four wonderful children, 2 fabulous sons-in-law, 2 beautiful daughters-in-law, and 8 grandchildren who are absolutely the most adorable kids on the face of the earth.

Connie oversees the Ladies’ Ministry at Living Word as well as the Congregational Care and Biblical Counseling Departments. She longs to see God’s people set free from every yoke of bondage and living victorious, fruitful lives. It is her greatest joy to help someone rise above the damage that the devil has inflicted upon them as God turns that which was meant for evil into a catalyst for good.
