Leadership The mission of the Pastoral Management Team is to assist our Pastor in the running of the ministry so that he can focus on leading the church to its God given destiny.
 Pastor Micah Caronna Creative Arts
Micah Caronna is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center with over a decade of ministry experience including in the areas of Youth Ministry, Evangelism, Praise and Worship, Children’s Ministry, and Multi-Media Ministry. His ultimate motivation is to empower people to lead a fulfilling passionate life that attracts the lost to the arms of Jesus.

Pastor Jody Mitchell Children's Ministry
Jody Mitchell has been involved in Children’s ministry for over 7 years. His passion is to see children’s hearts set on fire for God; children living in the power of the Holy Spirit, that they may be a light to those in the schools, neighborhoods, and playgrounds who do not know Jesus; and a strengthening of the family unit by the love of Christ.
 Pastor Tammy Queen Student Ministries
Tammy Queen has been in Youth Ministry since 1993 serving as a youth pastor and praise and worship leader. She has been leading students on short-term mission’s trips since the year 2000. She became part of the LWFC staff in 2002 as the Administrative Assistant to the youth pastor, later serving as the Director of Student Ministries in October of 2005. She has a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Living Word Ministry University. Tammy is committed to making a difference in the students of LWFC Youth Ministries by teaching them to “Know Him and Make Him Known”. Her heart yearns to develop spiritually mature youth leaders and provide them with encouragement, resources, and Godly wisdom.
 Pastor Jamie Tobler Outreach and Missions
Jamie Tobler has been involved with LWFC since 2001. He served in a year long internship with the youth ministry and later as the director of Five7, our middle school program. He has learned valuable skills with hands-on ministry experience leading adult volunteers. He has also taken large teams of people on mission trips, spanning the globe from Mexico to Romania. He has a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Living Word Ministry University. His heart is to reach out to all people and show them the love and truth of God in a relevant way.
Read More at Pastor Jamie's Blog.  Pastor Bruce Dial Bruce has been involved with Living Word since shortly after moving to Raleigh in July of 2004. He has served as an Usher Team Leader and the Welcome Team Director. He has 16 years experience as a Christian school educator and a Bachelor’s in Biblical Theology. He desires to see the children of God find their rightful place in the local church.
 Dee Gause Church Administrator
Dee Gause has been a member of Living Word since 2000. She joined the staff in 2004. She has a passion to see people fulfill the call of God on their lives. That passion has led her into leadership at Living Word. Dee feels that it is an honor and a privilege to be a part of the Living Word family, to have Pastors Steve and Connie as spiritual parents.
