Spiritual Development - Classes Begin Sept 2010
STARTING POINT This class is for all new and recommitted believers and anyone who wants to strengthen their spiritual foundation. It is vital to your success as a new Christian to establish these principles. In this class you will learn about what it means to be involved in church life, as well as the basics of prayer, Bible study, the Holy Spirit, relating to your pastor, giving, and baptism.
BASIC BIBLE STUDY- II Thessalonians
Ever wondered how to continue to grow and stay faithful to Christ while continually being persecuted by the world we live in? Come join us as we take a look at Paul's 2nd letter to the Thessalonians who were experiencing that very thing. Paul sets forth Biblical standards that we can apply to our lives to live in peace and the full assurance of the Lord's return.

BASIC BIBLE STUDY- Gospel of John
Ever wondered why John was referred to as the Apostle of Love? Come join us as we delve into one of the most influential gospels on the primitive church as well as the church today. We will learn how our Christian love for Christ, Christ's love for His Church and the love we should have for one another are the hallmarks of true believers.

DISCOVERING THE BIBLE Join us as we explore the character of God through His covenant promises and persistent faithfulness to the people of Israel through the story of the Exodus. We will be exposed to the knowledge of God the Savior, who will not fail those who so often fail Him. If you've ever had a time when you felt like you were in the "wilderness" looking for a way out, you will learn that God has a plan for a future and a hope for you like He did for Israel.
